We’re kicking off February with a challenge that will nourish our bodies and bring us closer together—The Family Veggie Challenge! 🌿🥕
We all know that eating more vegetables is one of the best ways to boost our health, but let’s be real—not all of us get enough in our daily meals. That’s why we’re making this fun, simple, and totally doable for everyone!
How It Works
No matter where you are on your veggie journey, we’ve got a challenge for you:
🥗 BEGINNERS → Eat vegetables at dinner 3x a week
🥒 VEGGIE LOVERS → Try 2 new veggies per week
That’s it! Small changes, big impact.
